Why now
The market is moving
The rental market in England is evolving. Recent reforms under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 reinforce the principle that applicants should be assessed fairly on their circumstances and affordability, rather than excluded simply because they receive benefits.
We are researching how a future guarantor proposition could support that direction — fairly, carefully and alongside existing referencing practice.
